PRINTING A BLACK PAGE
LEGEND: Ec = [Ctrl] [P] [Esc] in DOS EDIT
DEFINITION
The following escape sequences will produce a black
page. This example was created using EDIT.
PRINTER COMMANDS FOR A BLACK PAGE
EcE Printer Reset.
Ec&l0E Sets the top margin to
zero.
Ec&a0c0R Places the cursor
position to column zero,
row zero.
Ec*c2400a3300b0P Specifies a rectangle
width of 2400 dots (8"),
a rectangle height of
3300 dots (11").
Ec*c0P Uses a solid black fill
to shade the rectangle.
EcE Printer Reset; clears the
printer's buffer and
ejects the black page.
