TreeView_InsertItem info  Overview  Group

The TreeView_InsertItem macro inserts a new item in a tree-view control. You can use this macro or explicitly send the TVM_INSERTITEM message.

HTREEITEM TreeView_InsertItem(

    hwnd,

    lpis

   );

Parameters

hwnd
Handle to the tree-view control.
lpis
Pointer to a TV_INSERTSTRUCT structure that specifies the attributes of the tree-view item.

Return Values

Returns the handle to the new item if successful or NULL otherwise.
